ALEXANDER SHARPE BRIDAL
I’m Charlotte Alexander-Sharpe, founder of Alexander Sharpe Bridal.
With over 25 years of fashion, design and atelier experience, I approach bridal alterations with a designer’s eye - considering shape, balance, proportion and the complete silhouette.
From precision fitting and complex construction to bespoke sleeves and creative redesign, every dress is personally assessed and every fit and design decision is led by me.
My aim is simple: to create a dress that feels beautifully fitted, completely comfortable and unmistakably you.

Creativity has shaped my entire life. Growing up in a family of artists and makers naturally led me into fashion design and a career built around shape, construction and beautiful craftsmanship.
I studied Fashion Design before completing a Master’s in Fashion Atelier, specialising in couture construction, with further pattern-cutting and high-fashion training at Central Saint Martins. My graduate collection was also nominated for the River Island Gold Award for Womenswear.
My career began in London fashion design, including travelling to India with buyers to oversee collections and implement design changes. I later moved into bespoke bridal design and taught couture techniques and clothesmaking through Kent Adult Education.
In 2025, I was named South East Regional Winner at The Wedding Industry Awards - recognition of the craftsmanship, care and experience behind every ASB dress. In 2026 - we were also crowned 'Highly recommended' seamstress of the year.
